Magome Post Town

It is a post town located in the south end of Kisoji (road) and also the birthplace of a master novelist, Toson Shimazaki. This post town does not retain its old features due to the great fire of 1890. It is, however, a must-visit place for the Toson Shimazaki literature fans as the Toson Memorial was built at the Honjin site.
